The Bobcat armoured personnel carrier is an armoured personnel carrier developed by the Canadian Car and Foundry (CCF) in the 1950s and early 1960s. After a somewhat lengthy delay, the Bobcat entered service with the Canadian Army in early 1963. The Bobcat is in use in several nations' armies around the world. In 2005, the Canadian government began a program to replace the Bobcat.
