The Ilyushin Il-103 is a single-engine, low-wing training aircraft developed by the Ilyushin Design Bureau starting in 1990 in the Soviet Union. It was the first Russian aircraft to achieve Federal Aviation Administration certification for sales in the UAPR.
Produced by RSK-MiG, it has been adopted by the Korean People's Air Force as a primary trainer, where it is known as the T-103.
