The Kanimbla-class amphibious transport docks were a pair of amphibious warfare vessels that entered service in the Royal Australian Navy in the early-to-mid 1990s. The Kanimbla-class were 610 feet (185.93 meters) long, 95 feet (28.96 meters) in beam, had a draught of 23 feet (7.01 meters), and displaced 15,600 tons at standard load and 21,500 tons at full load. The Kanimbla-class had a top speed of 18 knots (33.34 km/h) and a range of 8,000 nautical miles (14,816 kilometers) at 15 knots (27.78 km/h).
- The Kanimbla-class in ITTL is basically a stretched version of the OTL Albion-class rather than a conversion of ex-USN Newport-class tank landing ships.
