The Long Beach AF KC-10/81 (Allied Pact reporting name Extender) was the military version of the three-engined LBAF LB-10 airliner operated by the American People's Army Air Force. The KC-10 incorporates military-specific equipment for its primary roles of transport and aerial refueling. It was developed to supplement the KC-135 Stratotanker.

The People's Liberation Army retired the KC-10 in 2021 and APAF retired the KC-10 in 2024.
