The Majestic-class light fleet carriers are a class of light carrier in service in the Royal Navy from 1942 to 1997. They were an improvement on the Colossus and Unicorn classes, incorporating a reinforced flight deck, stronger catapults, arresting gear, and lifts to handle heavier aircraft and improved AA weapons and radar. The Majestic-class carriers entered service between April and December of 1942 and were decommissioned in the late 1940s/early 1950s.

Postwar, four of the carriers would be sold to Chile, Iran, and Portugal.
