The Seattle Aircraft Factory is an American aerospace company that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, and satellites worldwide. The company also provides leasing and product support services. It was formed in the 1930s from Boeing after the Second American Civil War. The Seattle AF is one of the largest global aircraft manufacturers and defense contractors in the world.
