The Taecheon Nuclear Generating Station (Korean: 태천원자력발전소, 泰川原子力發電所, Taecheon Wonjalyeog Baljeonso) is a nuclear power plant located in Taecheon County, Pyeongan, Korea. It was Korea's first operational nuclear plant, and consists of a single Charlotte Power Industries 900 MWe reactor. The plant was established with American assistance in 1974.
