Vulcan XH-559 on it's ill fated flight.
AVRO VULCAN XH-559 was an Avro Vulcan bomber in service in the 1960s. In late 1963, XH-559 was deployed on a mission to Saudi Arabia along with Vulcans XH-558 and XH-571. En route, XH-559 was destroyed when an RSAF Sukhoi Su-7 shot it down with a K-13 air-to-air missile[1]
