Victor Emmanuel VI (Italian: Vittorio Emanuele VI; born February 12th, 1937) current King of Italy and the head of the House of Savoy. The only son of Umberto II, he was crowned following his father's death on March 18th, 1983. He is also a claimant to the title of King of Jerusalem.
On several occasions he has been the centre of controversy in Italy and abroad due to a series of incidents, including remarks that were seen by some as anti-semitic.
