The Wichita Aircraft Factory T-6/00 (Allied Pact Reporting Name: Texan II) is a single-engined turboprop aircraft built by the Wichita Aircraft Factory in America. Based on the Pilatus PC-9, the T-6/00a is used by the American People's Army Air Force and the American People's Navy for basic pilot training. The T-6/00 has replaced the APAAF's Wichita AF T-37/54 and is replacing the APN's Wichita AF T-34/48. The T-6/00 is also used as a basic trainer by the Argentine People's Air Force, the Venezuelan Air Force, the Colombian Air Force, the Iraqi Air Force, JPASDF, the Royal Moroccan Air Force and the Mexican Air Force.
